Clinical Case Study on the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis with "Flashing Fire Silver Needle" Based on the "Two Focus Theory"
基于“二灶理论”下“闪火银针”治疗颈椎病的临床实例研究

摘要

目的 比较“闪火银针”结合体针加穴位贴敷与单纯体针加穴位贴敷治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法 选取我单位收治的180例颈椎病患者作为此研究的观察对象，随机将患者分成对照组（n=90，采取单纯体针加穴位贴敷治疗）、观察组（n=90，采取“闪火银针”结合体针加穴位贴敷治疗）2组；比较两组的治疗效果、治疗效果满意度。结果 观察组的治疗有效率要高于对照组有效率，组间比对差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组患者对治疗的总满意率比较对照组的总满意率更高，两组间比对差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 应用“闪火银针”结合体针加穴位贴敷治疗颈椎病，可有效缓解患者的症状，改善颈功能，促进提高患者的生活质量及满意度，具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To compare the efficacy of "Flashing Fire Silver Needle" combined with body acupuncture plus acupoint application and simple body acupuncture plus acupoint application in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
Methods: 180 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our unit were selected as the observation objects of this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=90, treated with simple body acupuncture plus point application) and the observation group (n=90, treated with "flash fire silver needle" combined with body acupuncture plus point application); The treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results: The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of "Flashing Fire Silver Needle" combined with body acupuncture and acupoint application in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients, improve the cervical function, promote the improvement of the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, and has high application value.
