Observation of the effect of artificial hip replacement surgery on treating elderly hip fractures
观察人工髋关节置换手术医治老年髋部骨折的效果

摘要

目的 分析人工髋关节置换手术医治老年髋部骨折的应用效果。方法 选取2020年11月-2022年11月本院72例老年髋部骨折患者开展研究，用随机数字表法平均分为对照组36例，行闭合复位内固定术治疗，观察组36例，行人工髋关节置换手术治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 观察组的治疗有效率、Harris评分优良率、术中出血量、手术时间、围手术期输血率和住院时间均明显高于对照组，术后负重时间和近期/远期并发症发生率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 给予老年髋部骨折患者人工髋关节置换手术治疗效果更佳，可缩短术后负重行走和住院时间，预防并发症，促进髋关节功能恢复，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application effect of artificial hip replacement surgery in the treatment of elderly hip fractures. Method: A study was conducted on 72 elderly patients with hip fractures in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022. They were randomly divided into a control group of 36 patients who underwent closed reduction and internal fixation surgery, and an observation group of 36 patients who underwent artificial hip replacement surgery. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The treatment response rate, Harris score excellent rate, intraoperative bleeding volume, surgical time, perioperative blood transfusion rate, and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The postoperative weight bearing time and the incidence of short-term/long-term complications were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The treatment effect of artificial hip replacement surgery for elderly patients with hip fractures is better, which can shorten postoperative weight-bearing walking and hospitalization time, prevent complications, promote hip joint function recovery, and has promotional value.
