细菌定量计数联合尿沉渣白细胞检验在尿路感染诊断中的效果观察

摘要

目的 探究尿路感染患者应用细菌定量计数联合尿沉渣白细胞检验的效果。方法 选择本院收治的疑似尿路感染患者进行研究,共计100例,收治时间为2020年1月至2021年12月。均行细菌定量计数、尿沉渣白细胞检验、尿细菌培养。以尿细菌培养结果为金标准,比较细菌定量计数、尿沉渣白细胞检验单一诊断与联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果 联合诊断灵敏度、准确度高于单一诊断(P<0.05)。联合诊断阳性率与尿细菌培养比较,差异(P>0.05)。结论 尿路感染诊断中联用细菌定量计数、尿沉渣白细胞检验效果显著,病症诊出率、诊断准确性显著提升,建议作为疑似尿路感染患者初诊方案。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of applying bacterial quantitative counting combined with urine sediment leukocyte test in patients with urinary tract infection.
Methods A total of 100 patients were admitted from January 2020 to December 2021. All quantitative bacterial counts, urine sediment leukocyte test, and urine bacterial culture were performed. Using the urinary bacterial culture results, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of the single diagnosis and the combined diagnosis were compared as the gold standard.
Results Combined diagnosis showed higher sensitivity and accuracy than a single diagnosis (P <0.05). The positive rate was compared with urine bacterial culture (P> 0.05).
Conclusion   In the diagnosis of urinary tract infection, Zhonglian quantitative bacterial count and leukocyte test of urine sediment have achieved remarkable results, and the disease diagnosis rate and diagnostic accuracy are significantly improved. It is recommended as the initial diagnosis plan for patients with suspected urinary tract infection.
