Clinical study on the effect of estrogen ointment on vaginal microflora in patients with senile vaginitis
雌激素软膏对老年性阴道炎患者阴道微生态菌群影响的临床研究

摘要

目的 探究老年性阴道炎使用雌激素软膏对阴道微生态菌群的影响。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2021年4月到2022年7月，患者均选自我院妇科诊室，共60人，将其随机分成研究组、对照组，每组30例，比对药物疗效。结果 2组治疗前，乳酸杆菌分布情况无差异，治疗后研究组乳酸杆菌阳性率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组病人会阴部灼热感、瘙痒症状、分泌物性质和颜色异常、阴道内浅表溃疡等消退时间更快，实验室检查结果转阴用时短，P＞0.01；疗后研究组病人各项女性激素水平更趋近正常值，P＜0.01。结论 老年性阴道炎治疗在常规抗菌药基础上联用雌激素软膏，可以提高药物疗效，加快阴道炎症状消退时间。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of estrogen ointment on vaginal microflora in senile vaginitis.
Methods: the researchers selected the time from April 2021 to July 2022. The patients were all selected from the gynecological clinic of our hospital, with a total of 60 people. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group, to compare the efficacy of drugs.
Results: before treatment, there was no difference in the distribution of Lactobacillus between the two groups. After treatment, the positive rate of Lactobacillus in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); After treatment, the scores of emotion and quality of life of the elderly patients in the study group increased significantly; In the study group, the patients' perineal burning sensation, itching symptoms, abnormal secretion properties and color, superficial ulcer in the vagina, etc. subsided more quickly, and the laboratory examination results showed that the time to turn negative was shorter (P > 0.01); After treatment, the levels of various female hormones in the study group were closer to the normal value (P < 0.01).
Conclusion  : the treatment of senile vaginitis combined with estrogen ointment on the basis of conventional antibacterial drugs can improve the therapeutic effect and speed up the time for the symptoms of vaginitis to subside.
