摘要
目的 观察首荟通便胶囊联合乳果糖治疗混合痔术后便秘的临床效果。方法 选取湖北省中医院肛肠科60例混合痔术后便秘患者，运用随机分组，分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组予以患者乳果糖口服；治疗组予以患者首荟通便胶囊联合乳果糖口服，观察2组治疗痔术后便秘临床效果。结果 服药14d后，对照组（73.7％）的总有效率低于治疗组（93.9％），P＜0.05。治疗组，在便秘评分上低于对照组，P＜0.05。治疗组在痔术后疼痛、出血评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 首荟通便胶囊联合乳果糖比单独使用乳果糖治疗痔术后便秘效果更显著，更具有临床意义。

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shouhui Tongbian capsule combined with lactulose on constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation. Methods 60 patients with constipation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given lactulose orally; The treatment group was given Shouhui Tongbian capsule combined with lactulose orally, and the clinical effects of the two groups on constipation after hemorrhoids operation were observed. Results after 14 days, the total effective rate of the control group (73.7%) was lower than that of the treatment gropu (93.9%) (P< 0.05). The constipation score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05). The Pain and bleeding scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Shouhui Tongbian capsule combined with lactulose is more effective than lactulose alone in the treatment of constipation after hemorrhoids operation, and has more clinical significance.
