Observation on the application effect of aerosol inhalation rehabilitation therapy + montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough in children after infection
小儿感染后咳嗽治疗中雾化吸入康复治疗+孟鲁司特钠的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究为感染后咳嗽患儿实施雾化吸入康复治疗+孟鲁司特钠干预的效果。方法 回顾我院79例感染后咳嗽患儿治疗情况（2020年5月至2021年11月），对照组（39例，孟鲁司特钠颗粒治疗），研究组（40例，雾化吸入康复治疗+孟鲁司特钠颗粒治疗），分析患儿依从性、治疗效果、家属满意度。结果 施药后，研究组患儿依从率为100.00%，对照组为94.87%，两组患儿依从率具有同质性（χ2=0.539，P=0.463）；研究组治疗有效率为97.50%，对照组为74.36%，研究组总率更高（χ2=8.823，P=0.003）；研究组家属满意度评分为（2.31±0.53）分，而对照组仅有（1.23±0.67）分，研究组满意度分值更高（t=7.957，P＜0.001）。结论 雾化吸入康复治疗+孟鲁司特钠颗粒应用效果更优，临床治疗积极作用明显，此疗法值得广泛开展。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of atomization inhalation rehabilitation plus montelukast sodium intervention for children with cough after infection.
Methods: The treatment of 79 children with cough after infection in our hospital (from May 2020 to November 2021) was reviewed, including the control group (39 cases were treated with montelukast sodium granules) and the research group (40 cases were treated with aerosol inhalation and montelukast sodium granules), and the compliance, treatment effect and family satisfaction of the children were analyzed.
Results: After application, the compliance rate of children in the study group was 100.00%, and that in the control group was 94.87%. The compliance rates of children in the two groups were homogeneous (χ 2 = 0.539, P = 0.463). The effective rate was 97.50% in the study group and 74.36% in the control group, and the total rate in the study group was higher (χ 2 = 8.823, P = 0.003). The family satisfaction score of the study group was (2.31 0.53), while that of the control group was only (1.23 0.67). The satisfaction score of the study group was higher (t=7.957, P < 0.001).
Conclusion  : Atomization inhalation rehabilitation therapy+montelukast sodium granules has better application effect and obvious positive clinical effect, and this therapy is worthy of extensive development.
