Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture
股骨粗隆间骨折患者中应用循证护理的临床效果研究

摘要

目的 探究股骨粗隆间骨折病人住院期间接受循证护理的效果。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2021年3月到2022年2月，选自医院创伤外科，共选取研究患者60人，随机分成循证组、对照组，每组平均30人，其中循证组病人以护理计划为依据，落实各项护理措施；对照组病人常规进行骨科护理。比对组间护理效果和并发症情况。结果 循证组出现并发症的人数更少，比例低于对照组（P＜0.05）；循证组粗隆骨折患者疼痛评分、总住院时长和缴纳的住院费用数值更低，病人满意度指数高（P＜0.05）。结论 股骨粗隆骨折病人护理关乎术后康复情况，循证护理依据针对性的护理计划，对患者实施全面护理干预，术后患者关节功能恢复快，并发症少。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture during hospitalization.
Methods: the researchers selected 60 patients from the Department of trauma surgery of the hospital from March 2021 to February 2022. They were randomly divided into evidence-based group and control group, with an average of 30 patients in each group. The patients in the evidence-based group implemented various nursing measures based on the nursing plan; Patients in the control group received routine orthopedic nursing. The nursing effect and complications were compared between groups.
Results: the number of complications in evidence- based group was less than that in control group (P; In the evidence-based group, the pain score, total length of stay and paid hospitalization expenses were lower, and the patient satisfaction index was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the nursing of patients with femoral trochanter fracture is related to the postoperative rehabilitation. Evidence-based nursing is based on the targeted nursing plan, and comprehensive nursing intervention is implemented for the patients. The postoperative joint function of the patients recovers quickly with fewer complications.
