Comparison of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones
腹腔镜与小切口手术切除胆囊治疗胆结石比较探讨

摘要

目的 胆结石的治疗主要采用胆囊切除术，本研究将分析腹腔镜与小切口手术的应用效果。方法 参与研究的患者共104例，均为2020年1月至2021年12月期间收治，且自愿加入研究，根据患者的不同手术方式分为对照组和实验组，各52例，对照组采用小切口胆囊切除术治疗，实验组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，分析应用效果。结果 本研究实验组患者各项手术指标均优于对照组，且术后并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术在保证患者治疗效果的同时能够降低患者的创伤性，缩短手术时间，降低术中出血量，同时患者术后发生并发症的概率也相对较低，治疗安全性更高。

Abstract

Objective: Cholecystectomy is the main treatment for gallstones. This study will analyze the application effect of laparoscopy and small incision surgery.
Methods: a total of 104 patients participated in the study, all of whom were admitted from January 2020 to December 2021, and voluntarily participated in the study. According to the different surgical methods of patients, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with small incision cholecystectomy, and the experimental group was treated with abdominal endoscopic cholecystectomy. The application effect was analyzed.
Results: the operation indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : laparoscopic cholecystectomy can not only ensure the treatment effect of patients, but also reduce the trauma of patients, shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding. At the same time, the probability of postoperative complications is relatively low, and the treatment safety is higher.
