Efficacy and safety of LED red light irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia
LED红光照射治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效观察及安全性

摘要

目的 研究LED红光照射治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效观察及安全性。方法 选取2021年6月～2022年6月间我院收治的发生带状疱疹神经痛的患者100例作为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其分为对照组（50例）和红光治疗组（50例），为对照组患者进行常规药物治疗，为红光治疗组患者在进行常规药物治疗的基础上进行LED红光治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应的发生情况，并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 红光治疗组疗效45（90.00%）高于对照组37（74.00%），P＜0.05；红光治疗组不良反应出现概率1（2.00%）低于对照组8（16.00%），P＜0.05。结论 带状疱疹疾病为水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染引起的沿神经分布簇集丘水泡、疱疹以及神经疼痛特点的一种病毒性皮肤疾病，疾病会累及感觉神经和对应皮区，而运用药物+红光治疗方式对带状疱疹神经痛治疗，疗效显著，安全性高。

Abstract

Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of LED red light irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.
Methods: 100 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and red light treatment group (50 cases). The patients in the red light treatment group received conventional drug treatment, and the patients in the red light treatment group received LED red light treatment on the basis of conventional drug treatment, The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared, and the results of the comparison and the clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.
Results: the curative effect of red light treatment group was 45 (90.00%) higher than that of control group 37 (74.00%) (P < 0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the red light treatment group was 1 (2.00%) lower than that in the control group 8 (16.00%), P < 0.05.
Conclusion  : Herpes zoster disease is a viral skin disease caused by varicella-herpes zoster virus infection, and the disease can involve the sensory nerve and the corresponding skin areas, while. the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia with drugs and red light is effective and safe.
