Comparison of clinical effects of tympanic membrane catheterization or puncture under otoscope in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media
耳内镜下鼓膜置管或穿刺治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床效果对比

摘要

目的 研究分析慢性分泌性中耳炎患者治疗中耳内镜下鼓膜置管、耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗的作用，以此能够帮助医生进一步提高工作开展水平。方法 本次实验跨越2020年2月至2022年1月这一时间段，研究人员对140例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者进行研究。研究人员将本次实验研究对象按照双盲对照原则分组，对照组所选70例患者实施耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗，实验组所选70例患者采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗，记录对照组及实验组所选患者治疗后生活质量评分（社会功能、心理健康、躯体健康）、术后并发症出现情况（鼓室硬化、鼓膜穿孔、术后感染）、治疗总有效率，并加以比较分析。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者生活质量评分进行比较分析，两组患者在社会功能、心理健康、躯体健康方面的平均均表现出了较为明显的差异。结论 在慢性分泌性中耳炎患者治疗中耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗有着不俗的表现，其临床应用价值远远高于耳内镜下鼓膜穿刺治疗。

Abstract

Objective: To study and analyze the effects of middle ear endoscopic tympanic membrane insertion and tympanic membrane puncture in patients with chronic secretory otitis media, so as to help doctors to further improve their work.
Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from February 2020 to January 2022. The researchers studied 140 patients with chronic secretory otitis media. The researchers divided the subjects of this experiment into groups according to the principle of double-blind control. 70 patients in the control group were treated with tympanic membrane puncture under otoscope, and 70 patients in the experimental group were treated with tympanic membrane under otoscope. The quality of life scores (social function, mental health, physical health), postoperative complications (tympanic sclerosis, tympanic membrane perforation, postoperative infection), and total treatment efficiency of selected patients in the group and experimental group were compared and analyzed.
Results: The quality of life scores of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group were compared and analyzed, and the average of the two groups of patients in terms of social function, mental health, and physical health showed significant differences.
Conclusion  : The treatment of chronic secretory otitis media patients Middle ear endoscopic tympanic membrane tube treatment has a good performance, and its clinical application value is much higher than that of tympanic membrane puncture under ear endoscopic treatment.
