Effect of detail nursing on hemorrhagic cystitis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
细节护理在异基因造血干细胞移植术后并发出血性膀胱炎中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究细节护理在异基因造血干细胞移植术后并发出血性膀胱炎中的应用效果。方法 将我院在2019.1月-2022.1月收治的60例异基因造血干细胞移植术后并发出血性膀胱炎患者为研究对象，随机方式分成两组，一组为实验组，组间30例患者，采用细节护理，另一组为对照组，组间30例患者，采用常规护理，对两组分别干预后的效果展开分析。结果 实验组的护理满意度评分优于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组的治愈率也要高于对照组，而在持续病程比较上，对照组的评分要高于实验组，P＜0.05。结论 细节护理用于异基因造血干细胞移植术后并发出血性膀胱炎患者中，会让患者的症状得到改善，加快患者疾病的恢复，使患者满意护理人员的工作。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of detail nursing on hemorrhagic cystitis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Methods: 60 patients with hemorrhagic cystitis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the experimental group, with 30 patients in the group receiving detailed nursing, and the other group was the control group, with 30 patients in the group receiving routine nursing. The effects of the two groups after intervention were analyzed.
Results: the score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The cure rate of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group, and the score of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of detail nursing in patients with bloody cystitis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation will improve the symptoms of patients, accelerate the recovery of patients, and make patients satisfied with the work of nursing staff.
