桡骨头骨折治疗方法选择和疗效分析

摘要

目的 探究桡骨头骨折患者的治疗方法选择以及疗效分析。方法:选取2019年12月至2020年12月的60例桡骨头骨折患者作为本次的研究对象,将患者采用数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组30例。观察组实施闭合手法复位小夹板外固定治疗,对照组则采用掌侧入路切开复位钢板螺钉内固定术治疗,对于两组患者的治疗效果、不良事件发生情况以及腕关节的恢复情况进行对比。结果 观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显要比对照组好,差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。而腕关节功能恢复情况对比,观察组患者的评分显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良事件发生情况对比,两组患者之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对桡骨头骨折患者实施手法复位小夹板外固定进行治疗,其疗效非常显著,可以有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,促进骨折愈合,值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the choice of treatment methods and analysis of curative effect for patients with radial head fractures.
Methods: Sixty patients with radial head fractures from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group using a digital random table method, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with closed manual reduction and small splint external fixation, and the control group was treated with volar approach open reduction and plate screw internal fixation. The treatment effect, occurrence of adverse events and wrist joint recovery of the two groups were compared.
Results: The clinical treatment effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the recovery of wrist joint function, the scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The occurrence of adverse events was not statistically significant between the two groups of patients (P>0.05).
Conclusion  : The therapeutic effect of manual reduction and small splint external fixation for patients with radial head fractures is very significant. It can effectively reduce the pain of patients and promote fracture healing. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
