肺康复护理对慢阻肺患者肺功能及炎性反应的影响

摘要

目的 研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者临床护理中肺康复护理对患者肺功能及炎性反应的影响。方法 选取2019年 1月~2019年12月我院收治的96例COPD患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组48例和对照组48例。临床护理中,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予肺康复干预,持续护理4周。于2组患者护理干预前后,分别检测肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)]和炎性反应指标[血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]。结果 护理干预后,观察组平均FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC指标值均高于对照组(P<0.05),平均TNF-α、hs-CRP指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 于COPD患者临床护理中应用肺康复护理能有效提高患者的肺功能,减轻机体炎性反应。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on pulmonary function and inflammatory response of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Methods 96 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects. 48 patients in the observation group and 48 patients in the control group were randomly divided into two groups. In clinical nursing, the control group was given routine nursing mode, and the observation group was given lung rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks. Before and after nursing intervention, lung function indexes (FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC) and inflammatory reaction indexes (TNF - α and hs CRP) were measured.
Results after nursing intervention, the average FVC, FEV1, FEV1 / FVC indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the average TNF - α, hs CRP indexes were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the application of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in the clinical nursing of COPD patients can effectively improve the pulmonary function and reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body.
